Regulatory Efficacy Specialist – EU (Spain or Poland)

Our client is a dynamic global company with a substantial international presence, and they are thrilled to announce the expansion of their European regulatory team. As they solidify their foothold in Europe, we seek a talented and experienced Regulatory Efficacy Specialist to join the team in Spain or Poland.

In this critical role, you will be instrumental in securing registrations for PPPs under EU Regulation 1107/2009. You will manage all aspects of Efficacy sections within registration dossiers, guaranteeing adherence to the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee Good Experimental Practice (GEP) field trials, generating robust efficacy data compliant with EU guidelines.
  • Analyze and interpret efficacy data, providing clear conclusions on product performance against target pests, diseases, or weeds.
  • Prepare comprehensive Efficacy sections for registration dossiers, ensuring meticulous organization and fulfillment of all regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate Biological Assessment Dossiers (BADs), integrating relevant information into the registration package.
  • Foster effective collaboration with product development teams, regulatory project managers, and potentially external testing facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of EU Regulation 1107/2009 and its specific requirements for efficacy data in registration dossiers.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and conducting GEP field trials for PPPs.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex scientific data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in preparing registration dossiers, particularly the Efficacy sections, is highly regarded.
