What We’re Looking For
- Education & Licensure:
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (MS preferred).
- P.E. License in CT (preferred).
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years in technical and project management roles for transportation and infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of AASHTO, AREMA, and other structural design codes/standards.
- Proven track record of bridge/structure design and project management for regional transportation clients.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication (written and oral) and teamwork capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Expertise in structural analysis, modeling, and development of final drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
