With a global outlook and a lean structure, they are looking for a Director of HR to shape and drive their people strategy during this pivotal growth phase.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced HR professional who thrives in entrepreneurial, fast-paced environments. As the Director of HR, you will be the key architect and driver of the company’s global HR operations, working closely with leadership to establish scalable processes and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee Talent Management, including recruitment, retention, succession planning, and performance management.

Design and implement Compensation & Benefits strategies to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals.

Drive Learning & Development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational capability building.

Lead and manage HR systems implementation projects, ensuring efficiency and compliance across global operations.

Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on organizational design, culture, and workforce planning.

Operate as a single contributor initially, with the potential to build a team as the company scales.
Candidate Profile

Proven track record in HR leadership within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector (essential).

Strong experience across global HR operations in a lean/small company setting.

Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end HR functions without reliance on large teams.

Hands-on expertise in talent management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and HR systems rollouts.

Strategic mindset combined with the willingness to execute day-to-day operations.

Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at senior leadership level.
