Key Responsibilities;
- Ensure agricultural products comply with regulatory requirements and are approved for use in targeted markets.
- Prepare and submit regulatory dossiers, overseeing studies to support registration activities.
- Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory authorities.
- Provide strategic regulatory expertise and support throughout the product development process.
- Help gain market access by obtaining necessary approvals and registrations in different regions (EU, Asia, Africa).
- Provide technical support and strategic insight to colleagues, maximizing return on R&D investments.
- Communicate progress and updates to internal teams and external partners.
- Represent the company in industry trade associations and regulatory forums.
- Oversee, manage, and direct the day-to-day operations of the product registration program.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of regulatory strategies, tactics, and processes.
- Monitor and analyze changes in regulatory policies and proactively assess their impact.
Key Requirements:
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant domain (agronomy, biology, chemistry, etc.) with a specific emphasis on registration.
- 10 tpo 15 years of expertise in agricultural product registration (PPP, adjuvants, biostimulants, etc.).
- Experience in registration (administrative and dossier) in the EU and ideally other geographies.
- Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, particularly in the agricultural sector.
- Expertise in preparing and submitting regulatory dossiers and overseeing supporting studies.
- Excellent ability to handle interdisciplinary complexity and drive change.
- Understanding of and ability to navigate the regulatory landscapes of different regions (EU, Asia, Africa).
- Ability to manage a small team effectively.
Additional Information:
The company offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary plus variable pay, benefits, and profit-sharing. The position is based in France, with offices in the South West of France. While candidates based elsewhere may be considered with a willingness to travel 25%, proximity to the innovation lab is preferred. The interview process will consist of several stages, including meetings with the management team, CEO, and HR.
