A well-established and rapidly expanding engineering firm is seeking Site Civil Engineers at multiple levels to join their growing team. Position Overview
We are looking for engineers with experience in site development, grading, drainage, and stormwater management to support a diverse portfolio of infrastructure and land development projects. The ideal candidate will be involved in all phases of project execution, from design to permitting and construction oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage site development, grading, drainage, and stormwater management plans
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with local and state requirements
- Work closely with project managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions
- Support business growth by mentoring junior engineers and assisting with project proposals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in site/civil engineering (entry-level candidates will be considered for junior roles)
- Knowledge of local permitting processes in New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Locations & Salary
- Multiple offices across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania
- Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from $85,000 to $150,000
