NonStop is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our client, a multinational company specializing in the MedTech industry.

This role is within the Neurovascular division, where the candidate will play a key part in delivering high-quality customer support. They will have the opportunity to apply their expertise across various aspects of the role, ensuring seamless service and contributing to the division’s success.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • Order and credit processing;
  • Organising returns and collections, and handling proof of delivery and pricing requests
  • Handling of emails and incoming calls
  • Proactive communication with internal and external customers
  • Investigation and resolution of invoice disputes
  • Recording and tracking of problem resolution and related customer communication
  • Demonstrate knowledge in at least one or more complex areas/processes
  • Assumes specific areas of responsibility such as key accounts, complex orders (e.g. capital orders, batch consumption) effectively prioritises tasks within these areas
  • Assumes responsibility for complex queries related to these areas
  • Investigating and resolving disputes related to invoices and pricing queries
  • Maintaining the management of the quality system in accordance with ISO 9001.
  • Maintaining the management of the environmental system according to ISO 14001.
  • Executing the correct segregation of waste in your department.

Training

  • High school diploma or equivalent Preferably:
  • Additional education in a relevant discipline, but not an essential requirement.

Experience Essential:

  • 3 years in customer service, order management or contact centre roles.
  • C2 level of Portuguese and Spanish, B2 level of English
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues;
  • Proactive and professional comunication with sales team members and customers;
  • Intermediate level knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, Internet
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems;
