Salary: Up to £40,000 per year

This home-based role offers flexibility in managing your workload.

Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage a team of foster carers, handling a small caseload (8-10 foster families) in the Milton Keynes and Dunstable areas.
* Provide support and guidance to foster carers in managing cases.
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, local agencies, and stakeholders.
* Participate in the recruitment and training of new staff.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
* Valid registration with the Social Work Regulatory Board.
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within social work.
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Valid driving license.
