Career path.
There are two sales career paths available in Prague: the Search Specialist & Account Management path where you focus on sourcing candidates for vacancies (180 recruitment) and the market specialist consultant path where you also learn how to develop your own clients and pull in vacancies to work as well.
You’ll start your journey as a Consultant or Search Specialist in training upon being hired at NonStop. This is when you’ll learn the basics of how to resource for roles with some of the leading industry players in different sectors. Once the training is completed, you’ll be considered ‘out of training’ and able to start earning commission (more on this below).
Once you’ve hit a sales target of billing £45,000 in 6 months you’ll have access to the full commission and more career options such as to apply for an Account Manager role. Our career path leads all the way up to Director level in terms of seniority of management, as well as an Executive Business Partner path for those who do not wish to manage but progress in seniority and responsibility.

Rewards.

Here is an overview of the salary and rewards on offer for each career step available within our Prague office! The two career paths both have access to commission, with the only difference being that those on the Search Specialist path take 70% of the commission which is shared with those who pulled in the vacancy and developed the client.
Additional rewards that are unlocked include greater lifestyle rewards, about which more detail can be found in the ‘rewards’ page, not to mention management bonus’ at more senior levels.
Consultants & Search Specialists have access to the full commission outlined below once they are promoted to consultant ‘full commission’, before then they have access to it at 50% reduction and during the training period a placement bonus.
Commission.
Commission is earned on a monthly basis based on the amount of billings generated (billings refer to when the client pays the fee for our services and the money comes into the business).
The higher the billings in a month, the more commission is earned (without an upper limit)! The colours represent the performance level for the amount of billings in a month – red being the worst, amber OK, green is good and gold the best! (these change depending on seniority so we have included an overall average).
Above we have calculated the annual on-target-earnings (OTE) for a recruiter who hits the minimum threshold for green performance on average (£10,000 per month) which is £24,000 in commission each year. Those on the 180 Search Specialist path should calculate 70% of these OTE earnings to reflect the fact they split commission with those pulling in the vacancies to work.
Hitting the upper green threshold (£20,000 per month) would mean £48,000 in commission per year and if someone hit £30,000 in billings per quarter on average, that would mean £84,000 in commission in a year. After 2 years in the business, 30% earn more than £100,000, 50% more than £85,000, 80% more than £50,000.
