We are currently working with a leading global construction and civil engineering company headquartered in the UK. They employ over 3000 staff in the UK, working on over 100 projects and the group turnover increased to £1Billion this year.
We have assisted two of their largest departments, Ground Engineering and Ground Investigation, in their delivery of major projects across rail, road, nuclear, and other infrastructure schemes. Two of our largest projects for this client were, High Speed 2 (HS2) and the Lower Thames Crossing (LTC), both of which required permanent and contingency contractors on mass to deliver the various packages that were awarded.
We have supplied over 50 permanent and contractor hires to these projects across the following roles: Geotechnical Engineer, Engineering Geologist, Civil Engineer (Design), Planning, Data Management and Health & Safety.
On these projects we had a dedicated account manager who had an excellent relationship with the clients HR and Management team. Our concise on-boarding process and strength of communication between teams allowed for on-boarding to be achieved in less than 24 hours in cases where an urgent engineer was needed for the project to move forwards.
