I’ve been at NonStop since 2012 and what a transformation it’s been for me. I started as a fairly insecure graduate with questionable careers options and now enjoy a reputation of being a top recruiter in the pharmaceutical industry. Ultimately I gained financial stability which would have seemed insane to my former self. It doesn’t come easy, but given the training resources NonStop has, if you have the raw motivation to self-develop, then you can make it here!
When I heard about the NonStop opportunity the aspect that struck me was meritocracy, something that is not common in Romania. That was back in 2015 but I can say now, my journey has been even better than expected and now I have the chance to grow a brand new office and team in my home country!
To say a training programme has changed my life might seem like a gross exaggeration but with NonStop’s programme, I have grown both professionally and personally. It is designed to help you improve as a recruiter, to develop in a way that gives you a competitive edge over your market rivals. I started as the first consultant covering France and I am proud to say we now have more than 40 consultants covering the territory! This is probably my biggest achievement, being able to develop a market from scratch while gradually building a team of excellent consultants. I’m extremely proud to work with such a great team as we continue to strive for success.
Since I’ve been at NonStop I’ve completely changed my concept of meritocracy. After three years I’m leading the development of over 15 consultants and every little piece of my effort has been repaid tenfold. Only the sky stands above us!
I joined NonStop in mid 2019 after working in different fields such as education, administration, tourism and sales. I always felt there was a limitation in terms of development, salary, progression or autonomy. Then I got a call from Josh Reavenall saying: “I came across your profile and thought, maybe you want to try yourself in recruitment?” Within a week I’d left my current job and joined the NonStop German team as a pharma industry recruiter. My NonStop career began in March 2016, working in the Italian team. I am a very goal-oriented person so I was promoted pretty fast. After only one and a half years working as a recruiter, NonStop gave me the possibility to join my ex-trainers in the Training & Development team. At NonStop the quote ‘you get out of it what you put in’ is a fact and I am very proud of to be a part of it!”

NonStop gave me the opportunity to work remotely from home as a part-timer while finishing my university studies. Once I started working full-time in the office, it took me five months to go from QA Specialist to Senior QA Specialist and eventually become a QA Team Leader. This shows you can really fast-track your career with NonStop and at the same time obtain a transferable and unique skill set.

I joined back in 2007 as a budding graduate at a time when NonStop had only 25 employees. I have seen this business grow and develop beyond my wildest dreams. We have become a business about quality, ethics and making sure our team have long-term careers no matter what they do. Colleagues have become long-term friends and NonStop has become ingrained into my DNA, shaping me into the person I have become today.
The training programme the company has developed is incredible. In just two months, I was promoted, having been given the training and support I needed to build my own market. Not only did it teach me all aspects of recruitment, it also improved my confidence and general workplace skills. I came from a sales background and I think I learned a lot more about sales in those two months of training than I had in the previous five years.

I joined NonStop in 2013 when I was 25 and like most people at that age, I had no idea what my future goals were; I just wanted to try something new and exciting. The training and career progression potential offered by NonStop helped me to develop so quickly that I now manage an office of 150 people in Prague and have a realistic retirement target in place and which I should achieve in the next 5-10 years. It has completely changed my life.
Like many young people after graduation, I ended up in the hospitality industry. I managed nightclubs and bars in five different countries for 12 years but I was frustrated with the low pay and the long hours. I knew I wanted to build a long-term, well-paid career, and I spoke to a lot of different recruiters while I was looking for it then I realised maybe I could do that too! Two years later, I’ve achieved targets and goals not only to earn enough to afford a property, but I also to be promoted to Sales Manager.

I moved to the Czech Republic from Luxembourg to join NonStop back in 2015 and was one of the first recruiters to work in our chemical market. I can’t say it’s always been easy but I think that’s part of the enjoyment of this role – always being encouraged to push yourself beyond your comfort zone. Looking back now, I’m proud to see how much the chemical market has grown and look at all the people within it that I have helped find new career opportunities. I’ve also been able to exceed some personal financial goals, including buying property.
I’ve been with NonStop since 2014 and if anyone told me back then that you can learn and change so much in this time, I wouldn’t have believed it! What I love most about NonStop is that you always have the space to learn something new, to take on a new challenge and you simply can’t get bored!

I joined NonStop Recruitment in 2015 in need of a new challenge and I have not regretted the decision. It’s dynamic company with passionate and enthusiastic owners who continue to drive it forward and bringing the management team along for the journey. It is a company in which you can learn a lot, do a lot, gain great experience and genuinely feel part of the business’ direction.
I joined NonStop in 2018 right after graduating university. At the time I wanted a meritocratic environment where I could progress so that I would not get stuck in a cycle of ‘dead-end’ temporary jobs and NonStop turned out to be the perfect company for me. The training programme allowed me to succeed without any prior recruitment experience and I am now heading up my own team which would have been almost unthinkable in most companies where I come from.
It’s our people that make our business great. Our culture is based on core values, a supportive working environment, continual development and individual recognition. This is what drives us to achieve the best as a team. My story is one of the many examples of NonStop’s development opportunities. I joined the business in an entry-level position in March 2008 and eight years on, I am heading my own department! I love the fact one never stops learning at NonStop.
I joined NonStop in March 2018 in a time when there were not many Germans in the company. Two years later we have our own German business unit covering Life Science markets in the DACH region.
I didn’t have any recruitment experience when I started but thanks to the excellent training, I’d achieved my Team Leader promotion by October 2019. Since then I have been working with my team to dominate the technical Life Science industry in German-speaking countries and to expand our market position. For this reason, I am continuously looking for dynamic and ambitious personalities who are willing to learn and to work hard to help our team continue this growth.
I’ve worked at NonStop since 2008 and what a journey it has been! I’ve developed both professionally and personally and have grown with the business. NonStop isn’t just a career, it’s a family.
I’ve been with NonStop since October 2013 and during that time, I have had the pleasure to meet so many wonderful people from all across Europe. They became my friends outside of work as well as reliable colleagues from whom I have learnt a lot. They are one of the many things I appreciate about working at NonStop.
After 10 years working within the health and social care sector I wanted to be sure that I was making the right move in my career. Moving to NonStop was a massive culture shock, but in the best possible way. I joined a business where everyone was pulling in the same direction with a focus on continual improvement, coaching and progression.
My NonStop career began in the Quality Assurance department and am now working as a consultant. I doubt I could find a company culture better than here – an organisation run by young people with uncapped commission structure, leadership opportunities, continual training and development, and so much more. Watching the development of NonStop as a business over the last five years has been staggering in of itself, let alone the personal & professional growth I have felt as being part of that. I always knew I wanted to do sales and work with people. I’d had a couple of jobs before NonStop but those companies didn’t offer the personal and financial growth I wanted. I arrived in Prague in early 2017 just after graduating with an almost empty bank account and no idea what I was getting myself into.
I’ve since grown a lot both personally and professionally thanks to the help of my trainers, managers and colleagues and am now an Associate Partner. I’ve also had the opportunity to travel a lot and buy a massive plot of land on which I will soon start building my own house, thanks to the commission and bonuses filling my bank account!
I graduated from university with a fine arts degree and it’s fair to say employment opportunities in that field are somewhat limited so I took a leap and joined NonStop. That was back in 2016 and several years on I can honestly say I’ve developed and grown so much both personally and professionally that it really has changed my life. In addition, I take great pride in making a real impact on the lives of children in the foster care system by recruiting great social workers to care for them.
I came straight into recruitment from university, with absolutely no sales experience and I knew it would be a learning experience but I didn’t expect to enjoy it so much. After a year of dedication to growing my contract margin, I’ve been able to turn £250 per month commission into £4,000 per month.
