Why are so many companies struggling to attract the talent they need right now? According to Guilio, it could come down to a failure to adapt to a post-pandemic world. Companies can’t just go back to the way they’ve always done things, they need more innovative and proactive sourcing strategies to stay ahead of the game.
According to Matt, part of the solution could be to apply different sourcing methodologies to different job roles. “If you have one TA strategy and you’re treating finance jobs the same as regulatory affairs you’re going to have some shortcomings because they’re not the same”, he says.
